My mission is to harness the therapeutic power of food to enable individual and organisational change.
I have been practicing one-to-one nutritional therapy for 2.5 years. My clients seek help for many reasons; my caseload broadly falls into four categories – gastrointestinal problems, support for autoimmune and inflammatory conditions, weight management and food intolerance. My passion is to design an individual nutrition and lifestyle plan to help clients meet their health goals.
During my time in practice I have come across many people whose health and diet could be much better if they had better support at work. That’s why I launched Harmony Nutrition In The Workplace.
This service is targeted at HR practitioners and trainers within small to medium sized companies. I truly believe that workplace nutrition doesn’t have to be hard or expensive. I freely share evidence-based workplace nutrition advice, tips, checklists and helpsheets via my blog. And there’s more exclusive content available via my free weekly newsletter.
I also provide e-courses to help empower my audience to implement positive nutrition at work.
I really enjoy the work I do with local groups and charities – offering workshops and health checks. In 2014 I also developed, authored and project managed the production of an innovative healthy eating booklet for Bracknell Forest Council.
It’s a busy life! I have two young children and a hard-working husband to take care of. I also love helping at my local toddler group, and spending time improving my garden.
How do I do it? Well I guess 14 years in Financial Services helped – my IT, project management, and internal audit background helps me stay organised and focused whilst delivering my business and personal goals.
